The Cottage
How many people does Yorkshire Wolds Cottage sleep?
The cottage sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms: one double and one twin. A travel cot can be provided for infants by arrangement.
Are dogs allowed at the cottage?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We ask that dogs are kept off furniture and on leads near livestock on the farm. The surrounding countryside offers excellent walking for dogs and their owners.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm on your arrival day. Check-out is by 10am on your departure day. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, we can sometimes arrange this when there's no booking either side.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are all provided and included in the rental price. Beds will be made up before your arrival.
Facilities and Amenities
Is there central heating?
Yes. The cottage has full central heating, making it comfortable for visits at any time of year. Heating is included in the rental price.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. The cottage has Wi-Fi that covers both the interior and the garden. The connection is adequate for general browsing and email, though it's a rural area so speeds won't match what you'd get in a city.
Is there parking?
Yes. Private off-road parking is available right outside the cottage, with space for two vehicles at no extra charge.
What cooking facilities are there?
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. All crockery, cutlery, pans, and cooking utensils are provided. There's also a washing machine.

What's included in the price?
The price includes the cottage, all bed linen and towels, central heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, parking, and a welcome pack of basics on arrival. There are no hidden extras.
The Area

Is the cottage accessible for people with mobility issues?
